EDITOR'S WORD
Dear colleagues,
The journal we launched to bring you the latest
scientific insights into diagnostic and therapeutic issues
you encounter in practice, and to inform you about the
recommendations and guidelines of the most signifi-
cant organizations and institutions for resolving them,
is entering its third year of regular publication. I wo-
uld like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who
contributed to this: the authors, reviewers, editorial
staff, and especially Galenika company, which has ste-
adfastly supported this project.
In the year 2024, the journal will continue, as before,
to publish papers from all areas of medical science and
practice, striving to meet your informational needs.

To encourage you to share your knowledge and
experiences with colleagues where they can be be-
neficial, we have announced a competition to select
the best original and review papers of this year. The
